Phase 1 delivery gate: status
The following gate criteria must be met before Phase 2 commencement. Current status against each criterion:
- Baseline evidence pack published — Evidence pack pages are live and reviewer-accessible at orkinosai.com/evidence.
- Architecture documentation current — Architecture overview documented and maintained on site.
- Risk register maintained — Risk register with current mitigations published and available for review.
- 90-day delivery plan documented — Phase plan with gate criteria and dependency declarations published.
- GPU provisioning pathway confirmed — Provider selection and procurement pathway documented; quota confirmation pending funding.
- Assessor briefing available — Technical briefing available on request via contact page.
Active dependency status
Required for Phase 2 (31–60 day) GPU benchmark cycle. Provider options evaluated; procurement pathway documented. Activation contingent on funding confirmation.
Phase 2 and Phase 3 deliverables require confirmed funding. Phase 1 proceeds on current baseline. Submission in progress.
UK data-centre and private cloud options evaluated for Phase 3 deployment pathway. Selection deferred to funded phase.
Engineering cadence
Active engineering progress is demonstrated through the following ongoing activities:
- CI/CD pipeline: Automated build, test, and deployment workflow is operational and actively maintained.
- Documentation cadence: Architecture, evaluation, delivery, and governance documentation is updated as part of the engineering workflow — not produced retroactively.
- Governance iteration: Policy gating intent, access control design, and audit signal structure are being refined in parallel with engineering implementation.
- Risk register reviews: Dependency register and risk mitigations are reviewed at each significant implementation stage.
- Evidence packaging: All primary evidence artifacts are maintained in a reviewer-ready state throughout the engineering cycle.
